Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details regarding the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].
Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 2-5 days (in Sweden) Note: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched no earlier than the following Monday.
If there are delays in delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address [email protected].
We do not take responsibility for Postnord's handling of the delivery.
Prices
All prices in the shop are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you receive a product that you have ordered. This does not apply to sale items, for which exchanges for other items are allowed. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping of the item you wish to exchange.
5.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to [email protected]. Your name, address, email address, order number, and details of the items to be returned must be clearly stated in your message.
You should immediately, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification, return the products to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in cases where the product is used or damaged.
The purchase amount will be refunded in full, no later than 30 days after we have received the item.
If the purchase was made by invoice, we recommend that the return be received by us before the invoice's due date. Otherwise, the invoice must be paid on time, and we will refund the money as soon as we receive the return.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly delivered when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:
Any faults and defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.
If we are unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances could include labor conflicts, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from suppliers.
We also take no responsibility for any changes to products/product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and for the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the products' exact appearance, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to expose the products as accurately as possible.
